5-Step Mandatory Clearance Process
Start Online Registration
Start athletic clearance process online at AthleticClearance.com, select Marquez, and register for your sports.
Upload Required Documents
Upload a copy of your Insurance Card and signed Confirmation Letter directly to your Athletic Clearance profile.
Physical Submission
Get a physical exam with a doctor. Hand in your hard copy to Mr. Flores or Mr. Jimenez at least two weeks prior to activities.
Verification & Approval Workflow
The school nurse inspects paperwork through the verification & approval workflow while administration checks academic eligibility (minimum 2.0 GPA).
Final Clearance Email
When fully cleared, an automated notification email is sent to the student, parent, and coach.
