Athletic Clearance
All parents and students must complete this new process in order for students to participate in competitive sports at Marquez High School
The Athletic Clearance is valid for one year and must be repeated on an annual basis. Failure to renew the Athletic Clearance will result in the student not being able to participate in any school-year sports at Marquez High School. Participation is only allowed after the Athletic Clearance has been approved by the Athletic Director.

When completing the online clearance process, you will need to download & print the appropriate form. Physical forms will need to be returned to the Athletic Director Be sure that the doctor includes a DOCTOR STAMP. ONLY ORIGINAL PHYSICALS ACCEPTED.
